Carlos was exceptionally professional from start to finish. Comcast had deleted seven months worth of sent mail items which I needed Carlos’s help to recover. He even went the extra mile and made a back up of my entire hard drive just so nothing got lost while he was working on my computer. Ultimately he was unable to recover them because they had been completely wiped from the server. And he didn’t charge me for any of his time. Now THAT’S what I called great customer service. I will be loyal to Carlos forever.

I’m very happy with the service I received from Carlos at T.L. Computer Repair. He was very responsive from the first time I contacted him onward. Very reasonable rates and quick efficient service. I’m glad I now have someone to go to with all my computer issues.

 had been looking for someone I felt comfortable with for repair to my laptop.
I emailed T.L. and Carlos replied pretty quickly.  
After a few emails about what I needed, new screen and keyboard, and the price, I sent the deposit for the parts (paypal).  

A week later I dropped off my laptop (I was crazy busy and days got away from me) and didn’t expect to have it back for a few days. It was Saturday at about 11:00.  Carlos shot me an email a few hours later and he was done.  I was so surprised and super thrilled.  

The price was right, the service was incredible.  I can’t see why I’d go anywhere else in the future.

T.L. Computer Repair shop is fantastic. After a hard drive crash I had them replace it. They were very fast. I would recommend them first because they are reliable and second because the price was very fair for the repair, plus they reinstalled everything I would need.
